This course will help you develop the ability to perform harmony parts by reading pitch notation. Your speed in matching the target pitches and accuracy in rhythm will be measured and points will be earned when you play each target pitch and rhythm within the allotted time limits. You can't progress to the next note until you match the current target note. The other parts in the exercise will be played as you progress.

This course will help you develop the ability to sightread and perform melodies and harmony parts. You will need to keep the tempo as you play songs and exercises. MusAPPTM will play the exercise and you must keep up with the tempo. Your ability to match the target pitches in rhythm and in tempo will be measured and points will be earned as you play. You may choose songs in 1 part (melody), or 2 part, 3 part, or 4 part harmony.

This course demonstrates intonation problems by plotting the number of cents sharp or flat you are playing. A semitone or scale half step is divided into 100 equal steps (cents) and MusAPPTM will judge how near you are playing to the target pitch. This will help you become aware of intonation and improve your ability to play in tune by adjusting your embouchure. You will learn correct fingering from popup fingering charts when you play a wrong note.
